The V300 underwater housing for the Canon EOS C300 and C300PL and also the Canon EOS C500 (Mark1 and 2) has a depth rating of up to 10 meters.
The splash and underwater housing can be used on small boats, in the surf, while swimming, snorkeling or scuba diving. It`s easy to operate the camera as its various components and buttons can be operated through the PVC.
Designed specifically for the EOS C300 and C500 camera the V300 UW-housing is manufactured from double laminated PVC and has an integrated, optically neutral flat glass port. To allow easy operation just under the water surface, we configured the unit to operate with the monitor mounted into the top of the camera. This allows you to film under water while having your head above the surface and seeing the monitor without a diving mask.
The straps at the bottom allow weights to be attached for perfect buoyancy under water. (see accessories listed below)
Important additional information:
The standard V300 was configured for the Canon EOS C300 with Canon EOS lenses.
For Canon EOS C300 used with PL lenses, or lenses with filter thread larger than 82mm, please contact us for a custom unit with a larger front port.
The following lenses cannot be accommodated, they are too large:
- CN-E 14.5-60mm T2.6 L SP
- CN-E 30-300mm T2.95-3.7 L SP
Designed specifically for Canon EOS C300 and C500 cinematic camcorders, the ewa-marine V300 underwater housing is manufactured from our special, double laminated PVC and has an integrated, optically neutral flat glass as a front port. With this housing you will receive an 82mm filter adapter and a RA77-82 step-up adapter. By means of these adapters the camera is then docked into the housings front port, ensuring that the lens remains parallel and centered behind the front of the lens. Just as if it were a clear, neutral optical filter.
It has a pair of non-corrosive and seawater resistant clamping rails which fit together for perfect sealing.They tighten by means of three screw knobs. There is also the practical, adjustable carry strap on the clamping rail.
It is supplied in a handy yellow storage and carrying case.

Actually, it's not in a box at all. We sell this unit in a handy, yellow, nylon carry bag. This bag is ideal to store and transport your ewa-marine housing, it also helps reduce unnecessary packaging-waste and as such is part of our amain to help the environment.
